Job summary

McKibbon Food & Beverage is seeking a server to take orders and deliver food and beverages with a friendly and professional demeanor. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling payments and providing excellent guest experience.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of server experience, can work flexible hours including weekends and holidays, and understands alcohol service guidelines. Training and benefits are offered to eligible associates.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ server experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Legal ability to serve alcohol and knowledge of state alcohol guidelines.
• Knowledge of drink preparation.
• Course work or certification in restaurant or business is highly desired.
• Food safety certification and/or alcohol service training recommended.
• Ability to lift trays weighing up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Take and relay guest orders accurately and promptly.
• Serve meals and beverages with a friendly, enthusiastic approach.
• Create an energized bar atmosphere and anticipate guest needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the bar and surrounding area.
