This role requires the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and a commitment to exceptional guest experiences. The position emphasizes energetic, friendly service, knowledge of drink preparation, and strict adherence to safety

Qualifications

• 1–2 years bartending experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Legal ability to serve alcohol in Alabama.
• Knowledge of state and local alcohol guidelines.
• Knowledge of drink preparation and presentation.
• Food safety certification or alcohol service training recommended.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly.
• Motivated self-starter with professional guest service.
• Conscientious and courteous service at all times.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and exceed expectations with every interaction.
• Represent the McKibbon culture in daily guest and associate interactions.
• Mix drinks per company standards to control costs.
• Create an energized bar experience with friendly, personalized service.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure bar cleanliness and optimal condition at all times.
• Drive product quality and guest satisfaction, acting with ownership.
• Anticipate customer needs and adapt quickly.
• Demonstrate drink knowledge and presentation skills.
