Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group’s Jonesboro location is seeking Crew Members to deliver friendly service, take orders, prepare food and beverages, and keep the dining area clean. You will greet guests, handle payments, and practice food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

You must be at least 16, eligible to work in the U.S., able to work flexible hours, and arrive on time with good hygiene. Basic math and reading skills help, and reliable transportation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and accurately take their orders.
• Prepare and package food and drink products according to restaurant standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change to guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including back of house, lobby, and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and policies.
• Promote new menu items and provide recommendations when asked.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks.
