Job summary

Low T Center in Edmond is seeking a mid-level provider (PA/NP/APRN) to join our fast-paced clinic focused on hormone replacement therapy and overall wellness. You’ll work with the Medical Director and Center Director to deliver patient-centered care and build relationships with our patients.

Active Oklahoma NP/PA license, DEA and CS licenses required, plus the ability to complete 10 consecutive training days.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Oklahoma NP or PA license.
• Current DEA license.
• Current Controlled Substance License.
• Ability to complete 10 consecutive weekdays of training.

Responsibilities

• Provide care focused on hormone replacement therapy and overall wellness.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and Center Director to deliver patient-centered care.
• Engage with patients to explain medical information clearly.
• Maintain high standards of credentialing and clinic operations.
