Qualifications

• Associate degree plus 1 year of hands-on technical experience; energetic materials preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for planning, communication, and data archival.
• U.S. citizen and ability to obtain DoD SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and control precision pressing systems to consolidate energetic materials.
• Monitor and adjust pressing variables to meet densities and properties.
• Maintain, inspect, and clean pressing equipment and dies.
• Record process parameters and metrology data accurately.
• Ensure safety and compliance with DoD/AFRL SOPs.
