Job summary

PacSci EMC, a Ralliant Company, is seeking a Chemical Operations Technician to safely handle energetic compositions and propellants under supervision. The role emphasizes strict adherence to safety procedures, proper documentation, and coordination with production lines.

The successful candidate will perform milling and material handling tasks, wear protective equipment, and participate in continuous improvement activities while maintaining accurate records and complying with SOPs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Willingness to handle bulk quantities of explosive materials.
• Read and understand written instructions.
• Interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently handle energetic compositions used in PacSci EMC products.
• Log time to appropriate Job Numbers and maintain material movement documentation.
• Deliver materials to production and other operation lines; maintain logs and inventories.
• Complete travelers and process paperwork buy-offs; support process documentation updates.
• Participate in Daily Management meetings and Process Hazards Analysis.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
