Job summary

Ralliant is seeking a Chemical Operations Technician to join the PacSci EMC milling team in Hollister, CA. You will handle and process energetic materials under supervision, following strict SOPs and safety rules in a demanding production environment.

Responsibilities include weighing raw materials, logging materials, supporting milling operations, and maintaining accurate process records. A High school diploma or equivalent is required, with at least 2 years in manufacturing preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions precisely.
• Willingness to wear PPE and operate in a safety‑driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Weigh raw materials and manage milling operations in PMA.
• Log time, material movement, and process paperwork accurately.
• Support milling and post‑PMA activities and cleanup.
• Operate with safety procedures and 5S practices.
