Qualifications

• Experience in a professional kitchen preferred but not required.
• Excellent reading, writing and instruction-following abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and walking.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to meet quality and presentation standards.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies for the shift.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards and proper handling, storage and disposal of food.
• Assist in inventory management, rotating stock and notifying management of low items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, sanitary workspace at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
