Job summary

Tin Lizzie Indianapolis One, LLC is seeking a line cook to support our kitchen team in Cincinnati. You will prep ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes, maintain station cleanliness, and ensure timely service during busy periods.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and following health and safety standards. A reliable mode of transportation and basic computer skills are preferred for shift scheduling and communications.

Qualifications

• Must possess valid food safety certification or other required state certifications.
• Must be able to stand for 10 hours.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must read, write and speak in English.

Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled shifts and follow policies and procedures.
• Punctual check-in and report to General Manager/Department Manager.
• Prepare lunch/dinner items per recipes, prep quantities, maintain product quality.
• Maintain a friendly, professional attitude at all times.
• Stock station and equipment, prep service area 15 minutes before service.
