Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Steward or in a similar role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for long periods.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support culinary team by washing dishes, utensils and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dishwashing area.
• Assist with food preparation and plating as needed.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of food and supplies.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with team to maintain smooth workflow.
