Margaritaville Hotel San Diego Gaslamp Quarter is seeking an entry-level Line Cook to join our culinary team. You’ll work alongside experienced chefs to prepare and plate dishes, maintain cleanliness, and support inventory and prep tasks in a fast-paced hotel kitchen.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic kitchen know-how, and a willingness to learn under senior chefs. Flexible hours including nights and weekends are available in a dynamic hospitality setting.
