Topgolf Wichita is seeking an experienced cook to prepare and plate items to recipe and menu specifications. You will follow safety standards, manage portions, and coordinate with teammates to ensure timely order execution.

You’ll maintain a clean, organized kitchen, help with inventory, and demonstrate Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit, and Caring while working in a fast-paced environment. Flexible shifts including evenings and weekends are required.

Formación

• Prior experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, teamwork-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and time management.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and menu specifications.
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure quality and safety.
• Adhere to portion control guidelines and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to coordinate preparation and order execution.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, including washing dishes and equipment.
• Assist in food inventory management as needed.
