Job summary

Impact Kids is seeking an energetic arts & crafts instructor to teach and lead creative activities for children ages 4 to 14. You will implement the company curriculum, maintain a safe and engaging classroom, and serve as a positive role model for students and families.

Candidates should have 2+ years with children, strong communication skills, and be willing to travel as needed. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience working with children or in youth programs.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Child abuse clearance and criminal checks required.
• Ability to provide constructive criticism and follow company curriculum.
• Strong communication skills with children, parents, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students and provide daily arts & crafts instruction for ages 4–14.
• Plan and organize lessons with clear learning objectives.
• Maintain safe, fun learning environment and be a positive role model.
