Job summary

Xfinity Live! in Orlando, FL is seeking an energetic Server to greet guests, take beverage and food orders, and deliver cocktails and menu items with professionalism and a smile. The role requires up-selling, strong product knowledge, and accurate cash handling in a fast-paced venue.

You will check IDs, monitor alcohol service, and coordinate with bartenders and the kitchen to ensure guest satisfaction. Fluent English and prior nightclub serving are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year serving in a fast-paced venue (nightclub preferred).
• Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, garnishes and service standards.
• Fluent English; other languages a plus.
• Alcohol awareness certification or food handler card as required by local/state laws.
• Reading/writing to take orders and complete paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take beverage and food orders promptly and professionally.
• Serve cocktails and items; upsell when taking orders.
• Communicate clearly with guests, staff and kitchen; maintain a positive service attitude.
• Know concept products and menu items to guide guest choices.
• Check IDs to ensure minimum age for alcohol.
• Monitor alcohol service and notify management of issues.
• Handle side work and process sales/payments accurately.
• Coordinate with bartenders and kitchen for timely service.
