Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of serving in a fast-paced venue
• Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne and garnishments preferred
• Reading and writing abilities are utilized often when taking orders and completing paperwork

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take beverage and food orders promptly and professionally
• Serve cocktails and/or menu items and upsell when taking orders
• Maintain professional and energetic service with a smile for guest satisfaction
• Communicate clearly with coworkers and kitchen staff and use the POS system
• Check IDs to ensure guests meet age requirements and monitor alcohol consumption
• Coordinate with bartenders and kitchen for ordering and receipt of drinks and food
• Complete all side work and accurately account for sales and payments
