Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must successfully complete ServSafe Alcohol training certification course.
• Read, write legibly, understand and speak English.
• Excellent customer service/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly service to casino guests.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol according to guidelines.
• Promote casino events and programs.
• Maintain par levels of operating supplies and equipment for the bar.
• Replace empty draught beer kegs and manage bar prep tasks.
• Keep the bar area clean and safe, responding to cues as needed.
