Job summary

Hollywood Casino Gulf Coast in Bay St. Louis, MS, is seeking energetic team players for banquet and event service roles. You’ll assist with setup and breakdown of functions, serve guests, and keep work areas clean.

This position requires physical stamina and a customer-focused approach. Applicants must be at least 18 years old; prior food handling or waiter experience is preferred and ServSafe Alcohol training may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior food handling and/or wait experience preferred.
• Must be able to life at least 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for a full shift.
• Must successfully complete ServSafe Alcohol training certification course.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the preparation (set-up and break down) of banquet and special event functions.
• Accomplishes all assigned services and tasks as directed.
• Ensures that uniform is clean and presentable at all times.
• Ensures that the work area is clean and safe at all times.
• Must be able to stand for a full shift.
• Exhibits a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with customers and fellow team members.
• Any and all duties as assigned by your Supervisor or a member of management.
