Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bar experience preferred.
• Must complete Serv Safe certification.
• Read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Excellent customer service/communication skills.
• Available to work nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, professional service to casino guests and staff.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene per guidelines.
• Promote casino events and programs and maintain guest relations.
• Maintain bar stock and equipment in accordance with procedures.
• Work with beverage servers, bartenders, supervisors to ensure smooth service.
