Job summary

Coolray is seeking energetic Lead Appointment Generators to join our team. You will act as a Brand Ambassador inside retail partner locations, engaging customers, educating them about home services, and scheduling appointments for in-home sales consultants.

No HVAC, plumbing, or electrical experience is required—we provide training and support. Competitive hourly pay starting at $20.00 per hour, plus incentives and benefits in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to schedule and manage appointments efficiently.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and reliability.
• Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and messaging.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coolray professionally at retail partner locations and events.
• Engage customers and describe home services to generate interest.
• Schedule in-home consultations and capture contact information.
• Meet or exceed appointment-setting and lead generation goals.
• Attend required meetings and training sessions.
