Coolray is seeking energetic Lead Appointment Generators to join our team at the Duluth Costco location. You will act as a Brand Ambassador, educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, and schedule free in-home consultations with our sales team.

• Generate interest and schedule appointments for in-home consultations.
• Qualify customer needs and accurately capture contact information.
• Maintain a positive, energetic presence while promoting company services.
• Build strong working relationships with retail store leadership and staff.
• Meet or exceed appointment-setting and lead generation goals.
• Attend required meetings, training sessions, and team events.
• Uphold company values while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
