Qualifications

• 1+ years of bartending experience.
• State-mandated Alcohol Handlers Certification required.
• Point-of-Sale systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly.
• Answer guest questions regarding the menu and KPOT brand.
• Provide accurate information regarding menu, pricing, hours, promotions, and policies.
• Consistently create drinks to ensure uniform quality for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Assist with side work and opening/closing tasks.
• Clean and organize the bar to maintain clear sightlines.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering quality service and regular check-ins.
• Inform management of special requests or guest concerns.
• Demonstrate knowledge of classic cocktails to fulfill orders.
• Be a team player and assist other team members as needed.
