Job summary

Old Town Tequila Factory in San Diego is seeking outgoing Bartenders to join our relaunch team. Bring energy, hospitality, and creativity to every shift as you craft cocktails, margaritas, beer, wine, and nonalcoholic options.

Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Minimum of one year bartending experience in a full-service restaurant.
Must obtain a valid unexpired RBs Certification.
Experience in catering/banquet settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

Create and serve cocktails, margaritas, beer, wine, and nonalcoholic beverages following established recipes and presentation standards.
Provide friendly, engaging, and personalized service to every guest.
Make thoughtful beverage recommendations based on guest preferences.
Prepare drinks accurately and efficiently for bar guests and restaurant servers.
Maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked bar throughout each shift.
Follow California responsible beverage service requirements, including identification checks and monitoring alcohol consumption.
Accurately process guest payments and manage cash and POS transactions.
Monitor beverage inventory, rotate products, and help minimize waste.
Assist with opening, closing, and bar-cleaning responsibilities.
Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to provide seamless guest service.
