BoujieMana, a premier full-service restaurant in central San Diego, seeks an energetic bartender to deliver high-quality beverages and memorable hospitality. You will greet guests, learn preferences, suggest menu items, and ensure accurate preparation using proper equipment while maintaining a clean, well-stocked bar.

The role requires 2+ years in bartending, 21+ age, valid Food Handler’s Card and RBS cert, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years bartending experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid Food Handler’s Card and RBS certificate.
• Strong knowledge of drinks and mixology.
• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote and act in BoujieMana's mission.
• Prepare and serve drinks per standard recipes.
• Process payments and handle tips.
• Check IDs to verify age requirements.
• Present drink menus, make recommendations and answer questions.
• Take food and beverage orders at the bar.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and stock.
• Balance cash receipts and report issues.
• Support restaurant operations with teammates.
