Qualifications

• Six months or more experience bartending.
• Accurate cash handling skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-directed while working in a team-oriented setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and long hours.
• Bartending school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellence in guest service and maintain uniform standards.
• Follow bar pre-shift notes and menus to provide described service.
• Serve alcoholic beverages following all state and federal regulations.
• Learn and upsell beer, wine, and spirits to guests as appropriate.
• Pour drinks responsibly and verify guest IDs for age compliance.
• Communicate cut-offs and respond to customer requests or concerns.
• De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and involve management as needed.
• Restock and assist with bar setup/breakdown and keep station clean.
