Qualifications

• Must have high School Diploma/GED.
• Six months or less of Bartender experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must qualify for a license from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.

Responsibilities

• Establishes a pleasant rapport with internal and external guests.
• Responsible for mixing and serving beverages directly to bar patrons.
• Maintains awareness of guest alcohol intake following RAMP guidelines.
