Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Engage with guests, make recommendations, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits.
• Operate efficiently during high-volume service periods.
• Follow safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation across bar areas.
• Process orders and payments accurately using POS systems.
• Assist with setup, inventory, and closing duties.
