Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a passionate Bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service in a fast-paced setting. You will craft cocktails, manage guest interactions, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency across bar areas.

Ideal candidates have prior bartending or hospitality experience, strong cocktail knowledge, and excellent communication skills. The role requires flexible availability including evenings and weekends in a hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
• Must have strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer and responsible alcohol service.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling cash and using POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and brand standards.
• Provide exceptional guest service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain knowledge of beverages and menus.
• Operate efficiently during high-volume service periods.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Assist with bar setup, stock replenishment and opening/closing duties.
• Follow safety, service, and hotel procedures.
