Job summary

Cadillac in Lynnfield, MA is seeking an energetic Service Advisor to join our dealership team. You will greet customers, present and sell needed services, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs.

This role offers a base salary plus a percentage of department profit, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits. Prior automotive Service Advisor experience is strongly preferred, with growth opportunities within the Asbury Automotive group.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid driver's license.
• Pass pre-employment background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain pertinent vehicle information.
• Actively promote and build rapport with the customer.
• Advise customers on care and maintenance per manufacturers' specs.
• Generate and provide a complete and accurate estimate of repairs.
• Establish and communicate repair completion times to customers and technicians.
• Answer incoming service calls and schedule service appointments.
