Job summary

FlournoyProperties Group, the property management division of FlournoyCompanies, seeks an Assistant Community Director for Trinity Sherman in Sherman, TX. You will support leasing, resident relations, and maintenance coordination on-site to ensure excellent service for residents and guests.

Working with the Community Director, you will strive to maximize net operating income while upholding a high standard of customer care.

Qualifications

• GED or High School diploma preferred.
• One or more years of experience in Community management / leasing.
• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Director with leasing, resident relations, and maintenance coordination.
• Help manage the community to maximize net operating income.
