Job summary

CSU Fullerton Auxiliary Services Corporation is seeking Titans After School Program Aides in Fullerton, CA. You will supervise up to 25 students TK–8th grade, provide tutoring, homework help, and enrichment, and maintain a positive, organized atmosphere during program hours.

Positions require high energy, strong organizational and communication skills, and availability at least three days per week. Training and ongoing support are provided; a grant-funded/limited-term position is noted.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Solely manage a classroom of 20–25 students.
• Understand behavior management and disciplinary techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement Titans After School Program rules and procedures with professionalism.
• Support supervisor by following directions and report incidents per chain of command.
• Regularly communicate with Site Coordinator about program operations.
• Clock in/out on site computer; track hours and complete timesheets bi-weekly.
• Attend weekly staff meetings and collaborate with all staff.
• Collect attendance and related documents daily; provide educational enrichment.
• Offer tutoring and homework help; supervise students to ensure safety.
• Deliver curriculum and create engaging monthly activities after approval.
• Manage program materials, equipment, and any required updates.
