CSU Fullerton ASC is seeking a Titans After School Program Site Coordinator to supervise an after-school site, coordinate 5–8 staff, and support 100–120 students daily. You’ll ensure safety, implement curricula, and maintain strong communication with the Program Director and parents.

The role requires high energy, organization, and the ability to manage multiple classrooms while maintaining enrollment goals and a positive, structured environment.

Competenze

• Minimum six months of supervisory experience.
• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Ability to manage one site with multiple classrooms and staff.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.

Mansioni

• Supervise a designated after-school site and ensure safety and order.
• Maintain contact with the Program Coordinator and Program Director.
• Host weekly staff meetings and coordinate with site staff.
• Call parents regarding incidents/notices and coordinate substitutes.
• Provide tutoring and homework help to meet standards.
• Track attendance and ensure enrollment goals are met.
• Report and document program activities and outcomes.
• Support curriculum implementation and staff training.
