Job summary

CSU Fullerton Auxiliary Services Corporation (ASC) seeks a Site Coordinator for the Titans After School Program. You will supervise one site, coordinate 5–10 classrooms and about 100–120 students, and lead 3–8 staff. Maintain contact with the Program Director and Coordinator and ensure safety and program quality.

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of supervisory experience.
• Ability to manage one site with 5–10 classrooms and 100–120 students.
• At least eighteen (18) years of age.

Responsibilities

• Supervise one site with 5–10 classrooms and 100–120 students.
• Maintain contact with the Program Director and Program Coordinator.
• Attend weekly Site Coordinator meetings and mandatory meetings.
• Host weekly staff meetings and parent events at sites.
• Ensure attendance tracking and safety protocols are followed.
