Job summary

CSU Fullerton Auxiliary Services Corporation (ASC) seeks Titans After School Program Assistant Coordinators to supervise a designated site, maintain safety, and ensure a positive learning environment for 60–120 students across multiple classrooms.

Responsibilities include coordinating with program administrators, managing attendance and timesheets, leading weekly staff meetings, delivering enrichment activities, and serving as the primary contact for families.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong leadership and supervision of multiple classrooms.
• Ability to coordinate with program admin and staff on site operations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with program admin and staff at the site.
• Follow chain of command and report incidents immediately.
• Coordinate attendance, timesheets, and staff substitutes as needed.
• Host weekly staff meetings and implement curriculum and disciplinary plans.
• Serve as primary site contact for parents and ensure safety and supervision.
• Oversee students, volunteers, and service learners; track attendance daily.
• Maintain updated student information and progress in the attendance system.
• Assist with transportation of program equipment and site materials.
