Job summary

The dePaul School in the Tampa Bay area is seeking an enthusiastic After‑School Program Leader for 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (15 hours/week). Pay is $20/hr. If you love working with kids and want a reliable, morning-evening schedule with summers off, this is a great fit.

You will lead games, arts and crafts, and outdoor activities, support homework questions, and supervise students to ensure safety, inclusion, and fun after the school day.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in group settings is preferred.
• Able to pass a background check and maintain safety.
• First Aid/CPR certification is a plus or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead fun group games, arts and crafts, outdoor play and team activities.
• Assist kids with basic homework questions and transitions after school.
• Supervise to ensure safety, inclusion, and engagement for all.
• Create a warm, welcoming environment for kids after a school day.
