Job summary

Notre Dame of De Pere Catholic School is seeking an After Care Program Team Member to supervise students after school and support a faith-centered community in De Pere, WI.

The role involves planning age-appropriate activities, assisting with homework, serving snacks, and ensuring safety. This is a part-time, on-site position with expectations for reliable collaboration with staff and families.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in school, daycare, childcare, camp, or similar setting preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Successful background checks and Safe Environment/VIRTUS training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during after-school hours.
• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities, games, and crafts.
• Assist students with homework as needed.
• Prepare and serve snacks.
• Supervise indoor and outdoor play, including playground activities.
• Promote positive behavior and respectful interactions among students.
• Maintain attendance and sign-in/sign-out records.
• Ensure student safety and compliance with program policies.
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and program leadership.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
