Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and athletes, understand needs, provide helpful product knowledge and customer service.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards with floor sets, signage, pricing and inventory upkeep.
• Promote loyalty programs, warranty sales and credit card enrollment.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and SOPs; comply with external regulations including ATF.
• Foster an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and respected.
• Support the team across the store and perform other duties as assigned.
