Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in fundraising, donor relations, or nonprofit development.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed fundraising goals.
• Experience managing donor pipelines and multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong leadership and project management with cross-functional coordination.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis for strategy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
