Job summary

The National MS Society in the Midwest Region, Ohio Chapter, is seeking a results-driven fundraiser to lead campaigns, cultivate donor relationships, and drive event revenue. You will engage volunteers, analyze data, and collaborate across teams to align local efforts with national strategies.

You will support Bike MS events, travel within the market, and contribute to a comprehensive benefits package. Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $65,000 per year, with opportunities for growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Proven fundraising experience in nonprofit or similar settings.
• Ability to build and steward relationships with donors and volunteers.
• Strong written and verbal communication with donor reporting.
• Experience with donor databases and fundraising platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimization in the market.
• Own revenue performance for portfolio campaigns from start to finish.
• Translate national strategies into local, actionable plans for the market.
• Cultivate and steward mid-level donors, sponsors, and key volunteers.
• Analyze data trends, manage donor profiles, and support reporting and outreach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure coordinated campaign efforts.
