Job summary

In-Telecom Consulting, LLC is seeking a Provisioning Technician in Louisiana to lead end-to-end deployment, configuration, and security of client endpoint devices in an MSP environment. You will ensure desktops, laptops, and mobile devices operate reliably within tight deployment timelines.

The role emphasizes high-volume processing, precise imaging and QC, and collaboration with Service Desk and Security teams to maintain a premium client experience.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience supporting Windows and/or macOS endpoints in an MSP or enterprise environment.
• Expertise in Windows 10/11 and/or macOS administration.
• Proficiency with endpoint security solutions and RMM/PSA tools.
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced hardware deployment environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full endpoint lifecycle, including provisioning, onboarding, and decommissioning.
• Maintain a high-volume workflow, managing 7+ active device setups simultaneously to meet performance goals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, OS, driver, and application issues during the staging process.
• Performs endpoint imaging, rebuilds, and refreshes as required by client specifications.
• Deploy and manage security tools including AV/EDR, disk encryption, and patch management.
• Maintain accurate asset records and contribute to SOPs.
