Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, MSP operations, or provisioning.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with endpoint management tools.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs).
• Ability to follow structured processes with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up user accounts, licenses, and security policies.
• Configure and deploy devices and applications.
• Serve as the main point of contact during onboarding.
• Customer Coordination — Serve as the main point of contact during onboarding/provisioning.
• Customer Coordination — Provide status updates, timelines, and guidance on best practices.
• Customer Coordination — Collaborate with CSRs and scheduling teams to coordinate deployments.
• Device Lifecycle Management — Perform device wipes, rebuilds, replacements, and secure destruction.
• Device Lifecycle Management — Install OS images, MSP tools, and client‑specific apps.
• Device Lifecycle Management — Manage data transfers, asset updates, and QA checks.
• Offboarding — Disable accounts, revoke licenses, and remove MFA access.
• Offboarding — Securely wipe, reassign, or retire devices per client policy.
• Offboarding — Document changes and maintain compliance.
• License & MFA Management — Assign/reassign licenses and monitor usage.
• License & MFA Management — Assist users with MFA setup and troubleshooting.
