Job summary

SEI is seeking a Desktop/Endpoint Engineer to deliver secure and reliable endpoint experiences across a global enterprise. You will support core endpoint services, deepen expertise in Intune, MECM/SCCM, Windows 11, Autopilot, and automation, and contribute to smaller engineering initiatives with guidance.

You will join a team focused on endpoint administration, application rollout, security, and ongoing modernization of workplace tech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 3 years of experience in endpoint support, desktop engineering, or similar.
• Experience with Windows desktop OS in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on with Intune, MECM/SCCM, or similar endpoint management platforms.
• Ability to manage routine deployments and troubleshoot complex endpoint issues.
• Strong analytical and collaborative skills; willingness to take on small initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain enterprise endpoint management platforms globally.
• Handle provisioning, deployment, patching, and compliance monitoring.
• Manage configurations with Intune and MECM/SCCM; monitor health.
• Support Windows Autopilot provisioning and Windows 11 deployment efforts.
• Package, test, deploy, and support enterprise applications.
• Provide Level 2/3 OS and endpoint management troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security, and Engineering teams.
