Job summary

The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) is seeking an Endpoint Engineer to design, build, automate, and optimize its enterprise endpoint management system. You will architect solutions, automate processes, and support projects that modernize the endpoint environment.

You will also work on autopilot provisioning workflows, device imaging strategies, onboarding processes, and packaging of Win32 applications with scripts, while implementing endpoint security controls and monitoring performance for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT) or related field, OR equivalent combination of education and enterprise device management experience; OR demonstrated proficiency as an Endpoint Administrator II at SCF.
• Three (3) years of experience with management and administration of Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, Windows configuration, and modern management frameworks in a healthcare or enterprise environment.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Endpoint Administrator (ELC) certification; OR obtain within one (1) year from date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, automate, and optimize the enterprise endpoint management ecosystem.
• Engineer autopilot provisioning workflows, device imaging strategies, and onboarding processes.
• Package complex applications (Win32, MSI transforms, custom scripts) and implement endpoint security controls.
• Analyze performance, identify optimization opportunities, and drive endpoint modernization projects in collaboration with ITS leadership.
• Progression between Endpoint Engineer I and II based on demonstrated ability to handle more responsibility.
