Job summary

Astreya in Seattle is seeking a Client Operations Support Engineer to help manage the device fleet across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android, using Intune, Windows Autopilot, Tanium, and Apple Business Manager. You will script automation with PowerShell and support provisioning, patching, and configuration baselines.

You will work with the Service Delivery team to prioritize work, resolve escalations, maintain CMDB records, and ensure secure, reliable endpoint health across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of related experience.
• Hands-on experience with Windows 11, macOS, iOS, and Android on multiple devices.
• Experience with at least one modern endpoint management platform (e.g., Intune).
• Scripting for automation and remediation (PowerShell preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage endpoints across full lifecycle (enrollment, configuration, compliance, deployment) on Windows 11, macOS, iOS, and Android using Intune or similar.
• Monitor and administer endpoint security controls to meet standards.
• Develop and execute automation to reduce manual work.
• Support the DM&ES ticket queue and escalate as needed.
• Maintain CMDB and asset lifecycle accuracy; update documentation.
