Job summary

Square10 is seeking an Endpoint Engineer to lead endpoint modernization for client projects. You’ll deploy Intune/Autopilot across Windows 11, configure MDM/MAM for iOS/Android, and move from SCCM/GPO to modern management. You’ll build security baselines and support Win32 deployments while mentoring teams.

You’ll also diagnose MS 365 issues, maintain endpoint estates, and join a 24/7 on-call rotation, earning Microsoft certifications. A strong client-facing presence is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in desktop engineering and app support.
• Hands-on experience with Intune, Autopilot, and security baselines.
• Experience migrating from SCCM/GPO to modern management.
• Strong ability to translate complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to join a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support Microsoft Intune & Autopilot across Windows 11
• Configure MDM/MAM for iOS and Android
• Lead transitions from SCCM/GPO to modern Intune/Autopilot
• Build compliance & configuration profiles, security baselines, and Win32 app deployments
• Diagnose Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise issues
• Provide proactive operations and maintenance for endpoint estates
• Troubleshoot AD, GPO and app deployment issues
• Join a 24/7 on-call rotation
• Earn/maintain Microsoft certifications
