Habitat for Humanity International is seeking an IT Endpoint Administrator to deploy, configure, and maintain endpoint devices across HFHI entities including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields, Technical Certifications, or equivalent working experience
• 7-10+ years’ experience with SME knowledge of cloud computing to include Office 365
• 5-7 years’ experience with Microsoft Intune/SCCM
• 3-5 years’ experience with PowerShell scripting
• 10+ years of hands-on experience (SME) with Desktop Computing environment (Hardware and Software)
• 5-7 Years of End User Support to include Senior Staff and C‑Suite personnel.
• 5-7 years’ experience in remote desktop management and deployment tools
• 2-3 years System Admin related experience in Microsoft Server Technology

Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and manage Windows, macOS, and mobile endpoints.
• Maintain endpoint management systems (e.g., Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, SCCM).
• Implement software updates, security patches, and standard operating environments (SOEs).
• Enforce endpoint security policies, including encryption, anti virus, and compliance baselines.
• Provide Tier 3 support for endpoint‑related incidents and requests.
• Collaborate on endpoint‑related projects such as OS migrations, hardware refreshes, and application roll outs.
• Maintain accurate asset and inventory records for endpoint hardware and software.
• Documents all work performed in the ITSM system.
• Document procedures and contribute to knowledge base for IT support.
• Analyzes hardware and software for performance and makes recommendations for systems and upgrades.
• Other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
