Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a technical authority for modern endpoint management within a highly regulated environment, driving Intune strategy and large migrations from SCCM to Intune. You will mentor a 3+ person team and collaborate with security, networking, and service desk to keep endpoints compliant.

You will deploy enrollment workflows, apply Graph API automation, and translate legacy policies into modern Intune configurations, ensuring Zero Trust alignment

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Hands-on Intune administration including policies, profiles and enrollment.
• Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator认证 or equivalent certification.
• DoD 8140/IAT/IAM compliance for the role.
• Experience migrating from legacy tools (SCCM) to Intune.
• Leadership of a 3+ technician team with mentorship and career development.

Responsibilities

• Advanced configuration and lifecycle management of Intune policies across Windows, iOS, Android, macOS.
• Translate legacy baselines into modern Intune configuration and compliance profiles during large migrations.
• Design, deploy, and troubleshoot automated enrollment workflows (Windows Autopilot, ADE, zero-touch enrollment).
• Apply scripting and Graph API automation for packaging, policy deployment, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Perform root-cause analysis for enrollment failures, policy conflicts, and deployment issues; escalation point.
• Develop migration runbooks, rollback procedures, and knowledge-transfer materials; mentor staff.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3+ technicians with performance reviews.
