Job summary

Habitat for Humanity International is seeking an IT Endpoint Administrator to deploy, configure, and maintain Windows, macOS, and mobile endpoints across HFHI and affiliates. You will drive patching, security, and SOEs while guiding endpoint strategy and documentation.

This role supports multi-site environments, partners with IT teams, and serves as a technical escalation point. Strong scripting, imaging, and Intune expertise are essential for success in a dynamic, mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years' experience with Microsoft Intune/SCCM.
• 3-5 years' experience with PowerShell scripting.
• 10+ years of hands-on Desktop Computing experience.
• 5-7 years' End User Support, incl. senior staff.
• 2-3 years System Admin in Microsoft Server Technology.

Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and manage Windows, macOS, and mobile endpoints.
• Implement software updates, security patches, and SOEs.
• Enforce endpoint security policies including encryption and MFA.
• Provide Tier 3 support for endpoint incidents and requests.
• Collaborate on OS migrations, hardware refreshes, and app rollouts.
• Maintain asset/inventory records for endpoint hardware/software.
• Document all work in the ITSM system.
• Document procedures and contribute to knowledge base.
• Analyze hardware/software for performance and upgrade needs.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
