Job summary

Habitat for Humanity International - HQ is seeking an IT Endpoint Administrator to deploy, configure, and support endpoints across HFHI, Affiliates, National Organizations, and Branch Offices. You will manage Windows, macOS, and mobile devices, ensure patching, and enforce security baselines while collaborating with IT teams to maintain a robust end-user computing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields, Technical Certifications, or equivalent working experience
• 7-10+ years’ experience in desktop computing environment (Hardware and Software)
• 5-7 years’ experience with Microsoft Intune/SCCM
• 3-5 years’ experience with PowerShell scripting
• 5-7 years’ End User Support to include Senior Staff and C‑Suite personnel
• 2-3 years System Admin related experience in Microsoft Server Technology

Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and manage Windows, macOS, and mobile endpoints.
• Maintain endpoint management systems such as Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, SCCM.
• Implement software updates, security patches, and standard operating environments (SOEs).
• Enforce endpoint security policies, including encryption, anti-virus, and MFA.
• Provide Tier 3 support for endpoint incidents and requests.
• Collaborate on OS migrations, hardware refreshes, and application rollouts.
• Maintain accurate asset and inventory records for endpoint hardware and software.
• Document procedures and contribute to knowledge base for IT support.
