Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Technology Services to identify endpoint management needs and ensure proper software licensing, deployment, and configuration.
• Serve as liaison between Network Operations and Technology Services to improve endpoint management and deployment processes.
• Design, test, implement, and maintain endpoint configuration standards and deployment processes.
