FirstEnergy seeks an Endpoint Management System Administrator to advance our modern workplace and Zero Trust initiatives. You will manage Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and MDM/MAM across devices, while partnering with cybersecurity and IT teams to deliver secure, scalable endpoint solutions.

The role emphasizes automation, policy deployment, and enterprise-grade endpoint management with cross-functional collaboration. Akon, Ohio-based roles support a hybrid/office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in endpoint/device management.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune in an enterprise environment.
• Experience managing device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and deployments.
• Knowledge of Azure AD, Conditional Access, endpoint security controls, and Windows Autopilot.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Intune for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
• Design and maintain device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and security baselines.
• Manage Windows Autopilot deployment and provisioning processes.
• Develop and troubleshoot Intune CSP policies; translate GP settings to Intune configurations.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and IT teams to implement Zero Trust controls.
• Develop scripts/automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor device compliance and reporting; support remediation actions.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
